As of September 1st, 2025, Fox Family Dental will no longer be contracted with any dental carrier. Our office will be happy to process claims for any dental plan that you have coverage through, as an Out of Network provider.
Over the last few years, it has become increasingly difficult to practice as an In-Network provider and continue to provide the high quality of care that we value and promise to our patients. We are unwilling to compromise our standard of care by cutting corners to conform to the restrictions that dental insurance plans place on their contracted providers. Our mission is to provide patients with high quality dental care, and we continue to meet that goal daily.
With some insurance plans, there is usually very little difference between in and out of network benefits. We recommend you take a detailed look into your plan and check your Out of Network coverage. We are happy to help with any questions you may have.
